Billing Terms and Conditions:
Payments:
Payments are paid through PayPal, a secure source for online payments, PayPal accepts all major credit cards. Money Orders are accepted, the order will be shipped after receipt. If payment is not completed for an order placed it will not be shipped. Unpaid orders will be canceled unless notification of payment has been sent through USPS or other forwarding service.
Cancellation:
An order may be canceled up until the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped the buyer is responsible for payment and return shipping to receive full credit ( package must be unopened).
Refund/Return Policies
All DVDs are guaranteed, if an order is lost during shipment the seller will ship a replacement item(s) at no additional cost to the buyer. If the item is faulty or damaged during shipment, buyer must return the item to seller, if so requested by the seller, within 10 days of delivery, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) sell will replace the item at no additional cost to the buyer.
Because of ease of copying this media, we cannot offer refunds. We will replace any defective discs.

Any complaints or concerns may be sent to our support team: complaints@dvdadventures.com. A response will be sent by one of our staff within 24 hours, excluding weekends.

Return Policy:
We strive for customer satisfaction. But, Please know that cannot accept a return, offer an exchange, or give a refund, because you didn’t like the movie. Please read the full title description carefully prior to placing an order. Please ask questions for conditions not explained or understood prior to ordering. Please read conditions of use to understand video system compatibility issues. Because of ease of copying this media, we cannot offer refunds. We will replace any defective or damaged disk(s) with the same title. Upon the return of the defective or damaged disk(s) we will replace the disk(s) at no additional cost to the buyer. Refunds will not be given for quality dissatisfaction. Most titles are from a DVD source with excellent picture and video quality, some titles are acquired from a VHS or a broadcast transfer. Please that today's HD and larger TV sets show more of the flaws in VHS or a broadcast transfers than the older picture tube TV sets. We strive to sell the best available transfers for these films but many films are only available from a VHS or a broadcast to DVD transfer. If you do locate a better copy of a film purchased send us a copy proving this, once viewed and agreed that it is a better copy, a full refund will be issued.

CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY SHIPPING
The cut-off date to place an order and receive delivery before Christmas: December 12th
Most order are shipped within 24 hours (except weekends and peak holiday seasons may take longer). All orders are shipped by USPS Media Mail. Shipments by Media Mail is paid by the seller, for other class shipments buyer will pay shipping cost. All orders will have tracking numbers, once orders have been processed and shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via E-mail. Please allow 24 hours after shipment for the tracking information to be updated in the USPS’s system.
